ROHM Semiconductor BUxxJA2DG-C Automotive CMOS LDO Regulators are high performance, AEC-Q100 qualified low dropout regulators with a 200mA output. The BUxxJA2DG-C LDO Regulators offer excellent noise and load responsiveness characteristics despite their low 33μA circuit current consumption. These devices are ideal for automotive applications such as radar and camera power supplies.

The BUxxJA2DG-C LDO Regulators are offered in a compact 2.90mm x 2.80mm SSOP5 package.
