ROHM Semiconductor BR24G1Mx-5A Series I²C Bus EEPROM (2-Wire)

ROHM Semiconductor BR24G1Mx-5A Series I²C Bus EEPROM (2-Wire) is a 1Mbit low current consumption serial EEPROM with high endurance and high-speed write cycles. This EEPROM features a 256Byte page write mode, a wide limit of 1.7V to 5.5V operating voltage range, and 1MHz possible operation. The BR24G1Mx-5A EEPROM incorporates all controls through 2 Ports of Serial Clock (SCL) and Serial Data (SDA). This device prevents data miswriting at low voltage using the Write Protect (WP) function. The BR24G1Mx-5A I²C Bus EEPROM offers 4 million writing cycles, 3.5ms write cycle time, and 200 years of data retention period. Typical applications include ordinary electronic equipment such as AV, OA, telecommunication equipment, electronic home appliances, and amusement equipment.
