ROHM Semiconductor BDxxC0A-C & BDxxC0AW-C Industrial LDO Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor BDxxC0A-C and BDxxC0AW-C Industrial Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators feature low power consumption, high current capability, and high voltage resistance. These LDO Regulators are available with variable and fixed voltage outputs and a selectable Shutdown switch. Over-current protection (for protecting the IC destruction by output short circuit), circuit current ON/OFF switch (for setting the circuit 0μA at shutdown mode), and thermal shutdown circuit (for protecting IC from heat destruction by overload conditions) are all built-in.

The ROHM Semiconductor BDxxC0A-C and BDxxC0AW-C Industrial LDO Regulators are offered in a wide range of package types, including HRP-5, HRP-7, HTSOP-J-8, TO252-5, TS263-3, and TS263-5. AEC-Q101 options are also available for use in automotive applications.
