ROHM Semiconductor BDxxC0A-C & BDxxC0AW-C Automotive LDO Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor BDxxC0A-C and BDxxC0AW-C Automotive LDO Regulators are AEC-Q100 qualified low-saturation Low Dropout regulators. These devices are offered with variable and fixed 3.3V, 5.0V, 8.0V, and 9.0V output voltage options. The BDxxC0A-C and BDxxC0AW-C LDO Regulators include over current protection to shield the devices from short circuits, and thermal shutdown to protect them from heat destruction by overload conditions.

The BDxxC0A-C and BDxxC0AW-C LDO Regulators are available in TO252-3, TO252-5, TO263-3F, TO263-5F, and HRP5 packages for design flexibility.
