ROHM Semiconductor BD9F500QUZ-EVK-001 Evaluation Board

ROHM Semiconductor BD9F500QUZ-EVK-001 Evaluation Board is a demonstration platform for the BD9F500QUZ Nano Pulse Control™ Synchronous Buck DC-DC Converter with integrated power MOSFETs. The BD9F500QUZ features a 4.5V to 36.0V input voltage range, a 0.6V to 14.0V output voltage range, and a maximum output current of 5A. The device’s Constant On-Time control system enables fast transient response, and the Light Load Mode control improves efficiency in light-load conditions.

The ROHM Semiconductor BD9F500QUZ-EVK-001 Evaluation Board features a reference circuit based on the BD9F500QUZ along with all required support components. Test posts offer access to all key signals. Jumpers allow the user to adjust the switching frequency, maximum output current and choose between Light Load and Fixed PWM operation modes.
