ROHM Semiconductor BD70H12G-2CTR Supervisory IC

ROHM Semiconductor BD70H12G-2CTR Supervisory IC is a highly accurate IC with an ultra-low current consumption feature that uses the CMOS process. This lightweight IC features two types of output, nano energy, no hysteresis, ±50mV release voltage accuracy, and operates at -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The BD70H12G-2CTR supervisory IC is AEC-Q100 qualified and is available in 2.9mm x 2.8mm x 1.25mm dimensions in an SSOP5 package. This IC is used in all automotive devices that require voltage detection.
