ROHM Semiconductor BD612xx Full-Wave Fan Motor Drivers

ROHM Semiconductor BD612xx Full-Wave Fan Motor Drivers are multi-function and single-phase motor drivers. These motor drivers can control speed by PWM input and feature PWM soft switching, lock protection, and automatic restart. The BD612xx motor drivers are available in different variants that are either composed of H-bridge power DMOS FETs or pre-drivers for external power MOSFETs. These motor drivers provide a rotation speed pulse signal (FG) output. Typical applications include fan motors for general consumer equipment of desktop PCs, projectors, servers, and refrigerators.
