ROHM Semiconductor BD52W01x Voltage Detector (Reset) ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BD52W01x Voltage Detector (Reset) ICs feature low current consumption and dual N-channel open-drain output. These free time delay setting window voltage detector ICs also feature nano energy, under and over voltage monitor, and are very small and lightweight. The BD52W01x voltage detector (reset) ICs have ±5.0% detection voltage accuracy at -40°C to 125°C temperature range. These detector ICs are AEC-Q100 qualified and are available in a 2.9mm x 2.8mm x 1.25mm dimensions in the SSOP6 package that is similar to SOT-23-6 (JEDEC).
