ROHM Semiconductor BD48 & BD49 Automotive Voltage Detector ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BD48 and BD49 Automotive Voltage Detector ICs are highly accurate, AEC-Q100 qualified, low current consumption voltage detection devices. The BD48 Voltage Detector ICs provide an N-channel open-drain output. The BD49 Voltage Detector ICs provide a CMOS output. Both devices are designed for specific detection voltage ranging from 2.3V to 6.0V, with a 0.1V increment.

    • BD45ExxxG-2M: N-channel open drain
    • BD46ExxxG-2M: CMOS output

  • Ultra-low 0.85µA (typical) current consumption
  • 2.3V to 4.8V detection voltage range, in 0.1V steps
  • ±1.0% detection voltage accuracy
  • -40°C to +105°C operating temperature range
  • 2.90mm x 2.80mm x 1.25mm SSOP5 package
