ROHM Semiconductor BD2311NVX-LB Gate Driver

ROHM Semiconductor BD2311NVX-LB Gate Driver is a single-channel ultra-fast driver for driving GaN devices. This gate driver can drive GaN HEMTs and operates at a 7A output current in a small 6-pin SON package. The BD2311NVX-LB gate driver operates at a 4.5V to 5.5V voltage range and 7A/5A typical output current. This gate driver features an Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO) between VCC and GND as a protection function. The BD2311NVX-LB gate driver is ideal for industrial equipment, industrial LiDAR, DC/DC converters, industrial detection sensors, and augmented reality.
