ROHM Semiconductor BD00IA5MHFV-M Automotive Variable Output LDO

ROHM Semiconductor BD00IA5MHFV-M Automotive Variable Output LDO is an AEC-Q100 qualified Low Dropout Regulator with a 0.5A output current. The output voltage can be varied from 0.8V to 4.5V using external resistors. Over-current protection is provided to protect the device from short circuits, and thermal shutdown protects the IC from heat destruction by an overload condition. An integrated circuit current ON/OFF switch sets the circuit to 0μA at shutdown mode.

The BD00IA5MHFV-M LDO Regulator is available in a space-saving, heat-resistant HVSOF6 package.
