Renesas Electronics SLG59H1401C High Voltage GreenFET Load Switches are used for OR’ing or manual Power MUX applications. The Renesas Electronics SLG59H1401C features two 3A-rated load switches, ideal for systems with multiple power sources. The device automatically detects and transitions between inputs while also allowing manual switching between two power rails.
