Renesas Electronics RZ/T2M Group Microprocessors

Renesas Electronics RZ/T2M Group Microprocessors integrate functions for motor control, networking, and functional safety (FuSA) into a single chip. The RZ/T2M Group MPUs feature a dual Arm® Cortex®-R52 CPU for real-time control and large, tightly coupled memory (576KB) directly connected to the CPU to realize high-performance real-time processing. In addition to motor control peripheral functions, the devices provide abundant peripherals such as ECC, functional safety, industrial Ethernet, and TSN standards that are required for industrial equipment.

The Renesas Electronics RZ/T2M Group Microprocessors are offered in BGA225, BGA320, QFP128, and QFP176 packages.
