Renesas Electronics RV1S9353A Delta-Sigma Modulators

Renesas Electronics RV1S9353A Delta-Sigma Modulators are optically isolated devices that include high-accuracy A/D converter and convert an analog voltage input into a one-bit data stream. The RV1S9353A modulators provide 13.8bits typical Effective Number of Bit (ENOB) with a Sincdigital filter. These optically isolated modulators are designed specifically for high Common-Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) and high linearity. The RV1S9353A delta-sigma modulators are suitable for current sensing and voltage sensing in motor drives. 

The RV1S9353A delta-sigma modulators operate at 6V supply voltage and -40°C to +110°C ambient temperature range. These optically isolated modulators are used in AC servo, inverter, solar inverter, and measurement equipment.
