Renesas Electronics RL78/G16 Fast Prototyping Board

Renesas Electronics RL78/G16 Fast Prototyping Board (FPB) is an evaluation board based on the RL78/G16 microcontroller family. The RL78/G16 microcontroller units (MCUs) include 16KB/32KB flash memory, a safety function, a general PWM timer, and an RL78-S2 CPU core up to 16MHz. The RL78/G16 family aids in equipment miniaturization, improved power efficiency, and a bill of materials (BOM) cost reduction. Renesas Electronics RL78/G16 FPB is specialized for prototype development for a variety of applications and comes with a 32-pin LQFP package mounted onto the board. Applications include home appliances, lighting, DC fans, sensors, inverters, and more.
