Renesas Electronics RL78/G15 Low Power Microcontrollers (MCUs) offer low pin counts (8-pin to 20-pin packages) with rich serial interfaces for cost-effective portable applications. RL78/G15 MCUs offer a true low-power platform with a 54μA/MHz operating current, 4KB or 8KB flash memory, 1KB SRAM, 1KB data flash, and a 2.4V to 5.5V range with operating temperatures up to +125°C.
