Renesas Electronics RAJ30610x Motor Control ICs

Renesas Electronics RAJ30610x Motor Control ICs are designed for 3-phase brushless DC motors. The Renesas Electronics RAJ30610x integrates a built-in MCU (RL78/G1F) and a pre-driver with features like three half-bridge gate drivers, a 5V regulator, and a current sense amplifier. The RAJ306102 consolidates a smart gate driver (RAA306012) and MCU (RL78/G1F) into a single package. The smart gate driver includes three half-bridge gate drivers, a buck-switching regulator, a charge pump for gate drive voltage, and two LDOs for internal circuitry.
