Renesas Electronics RAA227063 Evaluation Kit is used to evaluate RAA227063 3-Phase Smart Gate Drivers. The RAA227063 integrates a self-aligned dead time generator and slew rate control to improve power efficiency. It has three half-bridge smart gate drivers that drive up to three N-channel MOSFET bridges.
