Renesas Electronics RAA214220 LDO Linear Regulator

Renesas Electronics RAA214220 LDO Linear Regulator operates with a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 20V and provides up to 150mA of output current. This RAA214220 linear regulator has excellent line and load regulation with integrated fault protection, including Over-Temperature Shutdown (OTSD) and short-circuits current limit. The RAA214220 LDO regulator has an adjustable output voltage with an external resistor network between the output pin and the ground. This regulator does well in regulating over temperature and the operating range of input voltage. The RAA214220 linear regulator is also stable with an MLCC output capacitor as low as 1μF. Typical applications of this regulator are battery-powered equipment, electric meters, USB devices, portable modules, and appliances.
