Renesas Electronics RAA21140x Step-Down Regulators

Renesas Electronics RAA21140x Step-Down Regulators feature a wide input voltage range of 7V to 40V and up to 300mA output current. These step-down regulators offer V_IN Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO), V_OUT Overvoltage Protection (OVP), Overcurrent (OC), and Over-Temperature Protections (OTP). The RAA211403 regulator features a 3.3V fixed output voltage. The RAA211405 regulator features a 5V fixed output voltage. These step-down regulators are available in a TSOT23-5 package. Typical applications include general-purpose or LDO replacement, industrial power supplies, E-bikes, power tools, home/industrial automation, embedded systems, and I/O supplies.
