Renesas Electronics RA8T1 Microcontrollers feature a high-performance 480MHz Arm® Cortex®-M85 core with Helium™. Renesas Electronics RA8T1 offers up to 2MB code flash memory with dual-bank, background, and SWAP operation, 12KB data flash memory, and 1MB SRAM with Parity/ECC. This microcontroller boasts high integration capabilities, including an Ethernet MAC controller, USB 2.0 full-speed, CANFD, SDHI, I3C, and advanced analog features. Additionally, it incorporates Renesas Secure IP with cryptography accelerators, key management support, tamper detection, and power analysis resistance, working in conjunction with Arm TrustZone to provide integrated secure element functionality.
