Renesas Electronics RA2E3 Single-Chip 32-bit Arm® Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA2E3 Single-Chip 32-bit Arm® Microcontrollers (MCUs) are based on the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core and provide pin/peripheral compatibility with the RA2E1 MCUs. The optimized processing and Renesas MF4 (110nm) process make these MCUs energy-efficient industry-leading ultra-low power devices. The RA2E3 group supports a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V with 32-pin and 48-pin QFP and QFN packages. RA2E3 is ideal for battery-operated applications and other systems requiring high performance and low energy consumption.
