Renesas Electronics iW3627 Digital Offline PWM Controllers

Renesas Electronics iW3627 Digital Offline PWM Controllers provide a constant voltage for smart LED lighting applications with a high power factor and low THD. These controllers support most non-isolated (buck, buck-boost, or flyback) and single-stage isolated topologies. These topologies offer a standalone power supply in Solid-State Lighting (SSL) or front-end applications. The iW3627 digital offline PWM controllers feature adaptive output voltage transient detection and a tiny 6-pin SOT-23 package. These controllers operate up to 90W output power with an enhanced internal MOSFET driver, enabling <200mW low no-load standby power consumption. The iW3627 digital offline PWM controllers are used in intelligent LED lighting, LED lighting ballasts, and front-end pre-regulators.
