Qorvo QPM0106EVB Evaluation Board

Qorvo QPM0106 Evaluation Board is used to evaluate the QPM0106 RF Amplifier. This QPM0106 RF Amplifier is packaged with a ten lead 15.24mm x 15.24mm bolt-down package with a pure copper base. The QPM0106 RF Amplifier operates at a 1GHz  to 6GHz frequency range and 24V bias voltage. This RF amplifier provides 35W saturated output power. The QPM0106 evaluation board is ideally used in electronic warfare, radar, test instrumentation, and communications.
