Qorvo QPM0106 RF Amplifier

Qorvo QPM0106 RF Amplifier is packaged in a ten lead 15.24mm x 15.24mm bolt-down package with a pure copper base for superior thermal management. This QPM0106 is fabricated on production 0.25μm GaN on SiC process. Both the RF are DC blocked internally and match the 50Ω, allowing simple system integration. The QPM0106 RF Amplifier operates at a 1GHz  to 6GHz frequency range and provides 45.4dBm (35W) of saturated output power with 22.4dB of significant signal gain. This QPM0106 is suited for military EW, commercial, military EW, radar systems, communications systems, and test instrumentation.
