Qorvo QPL9058EVB01 Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPL9058 Ultra Low-Noise LNA. The QPL9058 is a high-linearity, ultra-low noise amplifier optimized for 5G m-MIMO (Massive Multiple Input Multiple Output) applications. At 3.6GHz, the amplifier typically provides 18dB gain, +36dBm OIP3 at a 55mA bias setting, and a noise figure of 0.6dB. The QPL9058 LNA is bias adjustable and can be biased from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3V to 5.0V.
The QPL9058EVB1 Evaluation Board features a pre-mounted Qorvo QPL9058 in a 2.0mm x 2.0mm DFN8 package, along with test points that provide access to key pin signals. The Evaluation Board provides an example application circuit, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
