Qorvo QPL3050 6GHz to 14GHz Driver Amplifier is a powerful broadband MMIC driver amplifier housed in a leadless 3mm x 3mm plastic surface mount package. The Qorvo QPL3050 is ideal for EW and communications systems, where space constraints and low power consumption are needed. The amplifier features 18dB of gain and a saturated output power of 20dBm, all achievable from a single 5V supply.
