Qorvo QPL1815EVB Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPL1815 Differential CATV Amplifier. The QPL1815 is a GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) pHEMT (Pseudomorphic High-Electron-Mobility Transistor) MMIC amplifier optimized for low noise and high linearity. The QPL1815 offers a 50MHz to 1800MHz frequency range, ideal for DOCSIS 4.0 applications. A Darlington configuration is utilized for broadband performance with an on-chip active bias circuit for consistent bias current and repeatable performance. The QPL1815 contains two amplifiers used in a push-pull configuration for excellent second and third-order linearity performance.
The QPL1815EVB Evaluation Board features a pre-mounted Qorvo QPL1815 along with support circuitry and two 75Ω F-connectors. The Evaluation Board provides an example application circuit, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
