Qorvo QPF4656EVB Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPF4656 6GHz Wi-Fi® 6E Front End Module. The QPF4656 is optimized for IEEE 802.11ax systems. The QPF4532 integrates a 5.945GHz to 7.125GHz power amplifier (PA), a single-pole two-throw switch (SP2T), and a bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device. The small form factor and integrated matching of the QPF4656 minimizes the layout area in the design. Performance is focused on optimizing the PA for a 5V supply voltage that conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading-edge throughput. This is done across a wide bandwidth enabling operation in all channels from UNII5-8 (5.9GHz to 7.1GHz) on the fly without the need for any logic switching.
The Qorvo QPF4656EVB Evaluation Board features a pre-mounted QPF4656 in a compact 3.0mm x 3.0mm laminate package. The Evaluation Board provides an example application circuit, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
