Qorvo QPC1030D High Power SPST Reflective Switch

Qorvo QPC1030D High Power Single-Pole, Single-Throw (SPST) Reflective Switch is fabricated on Qorvo’s QGaN15 0.15µm GaN-on-SiC production process. Operating from 2GHz to 18GHz, the QPC1030D typically provides up to 20W input power handling at control voltages of 0/-40V. The switch maintains a low 1.3dB insertion loss (or less) and a high isolation of 30dB (typical). The QPC1030D performance allows use in various low and high-power applications across commercial and military markets.
