Qorvo QPB9380 Dual-Channel Switch-LNA Modules

Qorvo QPB9380 Dual-Channel Switch Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) Modules are RF front-end modules that integrate a two-stage LNA and a 20W power-handling switch in a dual-channel configuration. These modules operate across the 2.3GHz to 5GHz frequency range and provide a 1dB noise figure at 3.5GHz for operation in the receive mode. The QPB9380 switch LNA modules also provide 0.5dB insertion loss in the transmit mode. These modules are available in a RoHS-compliant, compact 6mm x 6mm surface-mount leadless package. The QPB9380 switch LNA modules are targeted for wireless infrastructure applications configured for 5G TDD-based MIMO architectures. Typical applications include small cell BTS, 5G radio, and wireless infrastructure.
