Qorvo QPA9940EVB01 Amplifier Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPA9940. The QPA9940 is a high-efficiency, linearizable power amplifier targeting Band 40 small-cell wireless infrastructure systems. The Qorvo QPA9940EVB01 evaluation board features a pre-mounted QPA9940 in a 5mm x 5mm surface-mount package. The evaluation board provides an example application circuit, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
