Qorvo QPA9909EVB-01 Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPA9909 4W High-Efficiency Amplifier. The QPA9909 is a linearizable power amplifier IC optimized for 758MHz to 798MHz small-cell wireless infrastructure systems. The QPA9909 delivers 37.7% efficiency at an average output power of +29dBm while providing excellent DPD linearized ACPR of -52dBc for signal bandwidths of up to 40MHz.
The Qorvo QPA9909EVB-01 Evaluation Board features a pre-mounted QPA9909 in a compact 5mm x 5mm package. The Evaluation Board provides an example application circuit, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
