Qorvo QPA9909 4W High-Efficiency Amplifier

Qorvo QPA9909 4W High-Efficiency Amplifier is a linearizable power amplifier IC optimized for 758MHz to 798MHz small-cell wireless infrastructure systems. The QPA9909 delivers 37.7% efficiency at an average output power of +29dBm while providing excellent DPD linearized ACPR of -52dBc for signal bandwidths of up to 40MHz.

The Qorvo QPA9909 High-Efficiency Amplifier is housed in a compact 5mm x 5mm surface-mounted package and is pin-to-pin compatible with the Qorvo QPA9901, QPA9903, QPA9940, QPA9907, and QPA9908 amplifier ICs.
