Qorvo QPA3908 3700MHz to 3980MHz 8W GaN Power Amplifier Module is a fully integrated two-stage Doherty power amplifier module for massive MIMO applications. The QPA3908 provides 8W RMS output spanning a 3.7GHz to 3.98GHz frequency range. The device features a 50Ω input/output and +48V drain voltage. The QPA3908 combines a driver and Doherty final stage providing high power and added efficiency at 8W average power.
The Qorvo QPA3908 GaN Power Amplifier Module requires minimal external components and is housed in an 8.0mm x 10.0mm compact SMT package. The plastic surface mount footprint is much smaller than traditional discrete component solutions.
