Qorvo QPA3810 2-Stage Power Amplifier Modules

Qorvo QPA3810 3400MHz to 3800MHz 8 Watt 2-Stage Power Amplifier Modules offer an integrated design for massive MIMO applications. The QPA3810 Modules feature an 8W RMS at the device output over a frequency range from 3.4GHz to 3.8GHz. The devices provide 50Ω input and output and need minimal external components. The Qorvo QPA3810 modules combine a driver and Doherty final stage, supplying high power with added efficiency at 8W of average power.

The QPA3810 2-Stage Power Amplifier Modules are housed in an 8.0mm x 10.0mm SMT Package that is compact and much smaller than traditional discrete component solutions.
