Qorvo QPA3246 Adjustable 25dB Gain Hybrid Power Doubler features a GaAs pHEMT die/GaN HEMT die and operates from 45MHz to 1218MHz. The QPA3246 delivers extremely high output power and excellent linearity. The Qorvo QPA3246 doubler can be externally adjusted for optimum distortion performance versus power consumption via the DC current, all over a wide range of output levels.
