Qorvo QPA0004EVB Evaluation Board s a demonstration and development platform for the QPA0004 Dual-Band GaN Power Amplifier. The QPA0004 is a reconfigurable Gallium Nitride MMIC power amplifier operating in S-Band and X-Band. In S-Band, it provides 9W saturated power over the 3.1HGz to 3.5GHz frequency range. In X-Band, it provides 8W saturated power from 9GHz to 11GHz.
The Qorvo QPA0004EVB Evaluation Board features a pre-mounted QPA0004 in a compact SMT package. The Evaluation Board provides an example application circuit, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
