Qorvo QM45639 5GHz to 7GHz Wi-Fi® 7 Front End Module is designed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems and has a compact form factor. The Qorvo QM45639 is ideal for minimizing layout area and enhancing efficiency in various applications. The QM45639’s remarkable performance centers around optimizing the power amplifier (PA) for various supply voltages, from 3.0V to 5.0V. Its multiple Wi-Fi TX modes provide unparalleled flexibility, allowing users to fine-tune output power, linearity, and power dissipation.
