Qorvo PAC25140 Smart BMS with 128kB Flash & 32kB SRAM

Qorvo PAC25140 Smart Battery Monitoring System (BMS) with 128kB Flash and 32kB SRAM is designed to monitor 10-series to 20-series Li-ion, Li-polymer, and LiFePO4 battery packs. The PAC25140 module includes a fully programmable 150MHz 32-bit Arm® Cortex® M4F microcontroller as well as cell balancing, monitoring, and protection for the battery packs. The device provides access to multiple analog and digital peripherals required to manage high-cell-count battery packs. These include a 10-bit SAR ADC, a programmable-gain differential amplifier, and multiple 16-bit Sigma-Delta ADCs for current and voltage sensing. A single-supply 145V buck DC/DC controller generates a 5V system rail to power the PAC25140, while an integrated charge pump supports the charge and discharge FET drivers.

Qorvo PAC25140 Smart BMS is available in a 10mm x 10mm, 68-pin QFN package for compact, battery-monitoring applications, including E-transportation, broad industrial battery management, garden tools, and power tools. Supported serial interfaces include CAN/UART/SPI or I2C/SMBus.
