Qorvo CMD303C3-EVB Evaluation Board

Qorvo CMD303C3-EVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate CMD303C3 RF sub-harmonic x2 mixers. This CMD303C3 RF mixer with an integrated Local-Oscillator (LO) amplifier can be used as an upconverter or downconverter. The CMD303C3-EVB circuit board is developed for an optimized assembly at Custom Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC). A sufficient number of via holes should be used to connect the top and bottom ground planes. As the surface mount processes vary, careful process development is recommended.
