PANJIT STR 100V Super Schottky Low VF Barrier Rectifiers

PANJIT STR 100V Super Schottky Barrier Rectifiers provide an extremely low forward voltage (V_F) to decrease the breakdown current. These devices have a 5A to 15A maximum average forward current range and a 50A maximum reverse current. The STR Schottky Barrier Rectifiers also feature high surge current capability, low leakage, and reduced reverse loss.

The PANJIT STR 100V Super Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are offered in a DO-201AD through-hole package and SMBF and SMAF-C surface-mount packages for design flexibility.
