Panasonic Industrial Devices AQY215S SOP4 PhotoMOS®

Panasonic AQY215S PhotoMOS® are relays that come in a small SOP4-pin package and feature 100V load voltage and 250mA load current. The AQY215S series offers 1μA maximum low-level off-state leakage current and is designed to control low-level analog signals.
