Panasonic Electronic Components POSCAP™ TQC Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors

Panasonic POSCAP™ TQC Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors are ideal for high voltage, low ESR, and low-profile applications. They are most suitable for use as a bypass capacitor on a 12V motor driver or on the input side of a DC-DC converter. The TQC series is available in B2, D2, D12, D15, D15E, and D3L size codes in dimensions ranging from 3.5mm x 2.8mm x 1.9mm to 7.3mm x 4.3mm x 2.8mm. Other features include a 16V to 35V rated voltage range, 3.9μF to 220μF capacitance range, 40mΩ to 400mΩ ESR, and 0.5A to 1.8A rated ripple current. Panasonic POSCAP TQC capacitors have a -55°C to +105°C operating temperature range while providing up to 2000 hours of endurance.
