Panasonic Electronic Components POSCAP™ TPE Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors

Panasonic POSCAP™ TPE Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors are offered in a small package measuring 3.5mm x 2.8mm x 1.9mm (L x W x H). The TPE series provides 15mΩ maximum ESR and up to 1500µF capacitance. These capacitors are high-temperature reflow solder capable, up to +260°C, and a safe alternative to generic tantalum capacitors. The series utilizes a proprietary high conductivity polymer for a cathode as well as a sintered tantalum anode.
