Panasonic Electronic Components ERJ-UP6F Thick Film Chip Resistors

Panasonic ERJ-UP6F Thick Film Chip Resistors have high resistance to sulfurization achieved by adopting anti-sulfurated electrode material (Ag-Pd-based inner electrode) and structure. These resistors come in 0805 package and have a power rating of 0.50W, a resistance range of 14Ω to 976Ω, and a tolerance of 1%. The ERJ-UP6F thick film chip resistors feature ESD surge characteristics superior to standard metal film resistors. These chip resistors provide high reliability with a metal glaze thick film resistive element and three layers of electrodes and are suitable for reflow and soldering. The ERJ-UP6F thick film chip resistors are RoHS compliant and AEC-Q200 qualified.
