onsemi Strata Enabled STR-NCD98010-GEVK Evaluation Board

onsemi Strata Enabled STR-NCD98010-GEVK Evaluation Board provides hardware to realize a complete analog to digital signal path required to analyze the performance metrics of the NCD98010 ADC. The NCD98010 12-Bit Successive-approximation (SAR) Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) provides a low power solution using a capacitor-based SAR architecture. The NCD98010 ADC features nanowatt power consumption, 2MSPS sampling rate, and a fully differential input.

The STR-NCD98010-GEVK Evaluation Board is used with Strata to control the NCD98010 and provide dynamic performance metrics for different clock speeds and supply voltages.
