onsemi SECO-NCD5700-GEVB Application Daughter Card features the NCD5700 high-current stand-alone IGBT gate driver and the FODM217D single channel phototransistor optocoupler. This daughter card also includes two FODM611 high immunity logic gate output optocouplers and all the necessary drive circuitry. The SECO-NCD5700-GEVB allows the soldering of any MOSFET or SiC MOSFET in a TO-247 high voltage Through-hole Technology (THT) package. This daughter card is compatible with the SECO-GDBB-EVB gate driver baseboard that allows testing of up to 3 half-bridge daughter cards simultaneously and comparing the performances.
