onsemi NL27WZU04A Dual Unbuffered Inverters operate from a 1.65V to 5.5V supply in a -55°C to +125°C temperature range. In combination with other inverters, these high-performance inverters are well suited for use as oscillators, pulse shapers, and other applications requiring a digital part used in analog mode. Owing to low complexity, the analog performance is more uniform from part to part. Current drive capability is 16mA at the outputs. The onsemi NL27WZU04A dual unbuffered inverters are general usage and suitable for many different applications.
