onsemi NL17SZS11 Single 3-Input AND Gate features Schmitt-Triggers in a tiny footprint package (SC-88). Operating within a -55°C to +125°C temperature range, NL17SZS11 is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC (Voltage Common Collector) operation. Inputs and outputs are overvoltage tolerant up to 5.5V. Applications include I/O interfaces, PMBus, cell phones, and automotive.
